Our journey began in 1997, when our founder, Mr. Gnanavel, started a business under the name National Poly Pack. At the time, Tirupur's garment industry was primarily focused on the domestic market, and we began by supplying poly bags and garment packing materials.
One of our export customers approached us with a requirement for a new type of garment hanger to be shipped overseas. We sourced hangers from Bengaluru and developed a new design around the customer's specific requirements — the first attempt was a success, and referrals from that same customer opened doors to several other export companies. This is how our hanger business gradually evolved through National Plastics.
